1. Open a blank image by going to File > New.
2. Now use your text tool
, write what you would like. Make sure you change Create As setting to Floating.(example below)
It should now looks something like this:
3. Then go to Effect > Artistic > Halftone
4. Now just make your settings like mine:
5. Click "Ok" and then you are done!
