1. Find a picture to use, i will use this picture of Asley(or Mary-kate).
2. Next select the paint brush
, and make your settings like mine:
The Opacity should be set to 100. Depending on your picture, you might want to make size larger or smaller than 115.
3. Then go to Layers > New Raster Layer.
4.After that, choose the color you want and simply click on the image where you want the orb to appear. You can add as many or as little as you want!
4.Lastly, press F8 on your keyboard (layer palette). Change your settings to %100 on overlay.
5. Your done, here is the final result!
